Inflatable Dock Shelter
Inflatable Dock Shelter functions as follows: once the vehicle is docked, the air sacs on top and sides will inflate to heavily and totally seal the gaps between the vehicle and the loading shelter. When not in use, the air sacs deflate. This dock shelter is suitable for all types and sizes of vehicles and is widely used at loading areas in cargo warehouses and industrial plants with cold-storage rooms or freezer rooms requiring strict temperature control.

- Easy Operation - Once the vehicle is properly positioned, a simple switch activates the blower, inflating the airbag to create a tight seal on all three sides of the trailer. The soft, flexible surface prevents any damage to the vehicle. The blower operates continuously during use to maintain air pressure and provide effective wind resistance. After the process, the system automatically deflates and retracts using a built-in counterweight.

The GLAXTIC® Inflatable Dock Shelter is composed of a rigid structure, inflatable cushions, a high-performance blower, and protective curtains. The main body is constructed from 40 mm-thick insulated sandwich panels for both the walls and roof, offering excellent thermal efficiency and durability.
The inflatable cushions are pre-installed within the frame, while a separate top panel houses the winding ropes and integrated counterweight system for automatic retraction.
Operation is simple and user-friendly—activated via a control switch, the blower inflates the cushions to create a tight seal around the truck, ensuring optimal energy savings and protection during loading and unloading.
