DOCK HOUSES OF LIGHT SERIES

Dock Houses of light series DHOUSL (90/60/45/30), are lighter and have a technological design. These are destined for dock levelers with hinged lip with width 1800/2000 mm and length 2000/2500 mm and for dock shelter with dimensions 3400×3400 mm.

Additional elements (flashings) are included in the standard delivery and make the connection with the building maximally sealed. Installation is done using the overhlaid method of installation. The installation is made quick due to the pre-asambled componets.

DOCK HOUSES OF STANDARD SERIES

Dock Houses of standard series DHOUS (S) (90/60/45/30) and DHOUS (P) (90/60/45/30), due to their design can be used with all types of dock shelters and dock levellers with both, hinged and telescopic lips. The sidewalls of DHOUS (S) series are made of sandwich panels and of DHOUS (P) series are made of corrugated steel sheeting C20/21. Installation is done using overlaid method of installation. The installation is made quick due to the pre-asambled componets. On request, dock houses can be equipped with additional elements (flat strips) that make the connection of the dock house to the building maximally sealed.

LIFT TABLES

Modern hydraulic lift tables are used to lift and to lower loads at different levels. Lift tables ensure a quick and convenient vertical load transfer, are reliable and easy to maintain.

Lift tables can be used to lift and lower vehicles at multilevel parkings and at production lines, for order picking, work positioning and assembly as well as an alternative of freight elevators or stationary ramps to load and unload trucks. Hydraulic pump can be placed either inside on the bottom or outside. Lift table operation is carried out by a portable push-button remote control (24 V control system).

Lift tables are supplied with safety frames and valves, as well as with mechanical supports. The safety frame designed to stop the table movement when the upper platform meets an obstacle, is located around the platform perimeter. This safety mechanism provides protection against personnel injury, which is especially important when the lift table is installed in the pit. Each lifting cylinder has a built-in safety valve, which lowers the table at a rate not exceeding 0.15 m/s, in case when hydraulic tubes break. Also, it has folding table supports, which are used at maintenance.

MECHANICAL FOLDING TRACKS

DoorHan mechanical folding tracks are intended for loading and unloading operations; are installed on open ramps, compensating the height difference between the truck and the dock of up to 360 mm. Designed to be used with vehicles having approximately the same height. During handling operations the track is lowered into the vehicle body using the side handle until the lip reaches the floor. After the work is completed the track is raised and returns to its original position. Mechanical folding tracks FT Series may have a fixed or sliding design. The track, which has a sliding design, allows to work alternately in several places on the ramp, due to its mobility along the guide rail from one point to another. The mechanical folding track is installed on a prepared ramp. DoorHan mechanical folding tracks meet the requirements of standards and guidelines DIN EN1398, are certified and have certificates of conformity.

MOBILE TRACKS

Mobile tracks of MT series are used for loading and unloading operations where the product flow is not too large and there is no need to install a stationary dock. Designed to be used with vehicles having approximately the same height, which should be higher than the ramp level. Mobile tracks are installed between the ramp and the vehicle body, to compensate the height difference of up to 240 mm. The track is moved to a desired place by using a forklift. ELECTROHYDRAULIC DOCK LEVELER WITH HINGED LIP

Electrohydraulic dock levelers with hinged lip of DLHHI series are an optimal solution, which provide the pick-and-place operation and ensure fast loading and unloading. When activated, the leveler is lifted and the lip opens while turning. Next, the platform is lowered until it reaches the floor of the vehicle body. The system is ready for operation. After the work is completed the leveler is lifted, the lip lowers and takes a vertical position, then the platform is returned its original position. Installation can be carried out by both, embedded and suspended installing methods.

MECHANICAL DOCK LEVELER, MODL SERIES

The mechanical dock leveler series MODL do not require power supply, it can be used in cases where there is no electricity and there is no possibility to install an electric leveler. The mechanical dock leveler is lifted manually by 2 persons, while the lip opens automatically. Then the leveler is lowered until it reaches the truck. After assembly, the lip is lowered, the leveler is lifted and returns to its original position. Istallation is performed using embedded or suspended methods of installation.

ECTROHYDRAULIC DOCK LEVELER WITH TELESCOPIC LIP

Electrohydraulic dock levelers with telescopic lip of DSI series are the most effective solution for accessing the load from the warehouse to the truck during loading and unloading operations. These levelers are used when a precise lip positioning is needed to the vehicle body, such as the lateral load, as well as the minimum distance between the edge of the vehicle body and the load located inside it. The segments of the lip, allow operation with vehicles whose width is narrower than the width of the leveler. Operation principle is that when activated, the leveler is lifted and the lip is pushed, then the platform is lowered until the lip reaches the floor of the vehicle. After the completion of loading and unloading the leveler is raised again, the lip retracts, the platform returns to its original position. Adjustment is performed by suspended or embedded installation type.

MECHANICAL DOCK LEVELER MINI, MDLM SERIES

The mechanical dock leveler “Mini” series MDLM do not require power supply, it can be used in cases where there is no electricity and there is no possibility to install an electrohydraulic dock leveler. Compared with the other mechanical levelers it weighs significantly less (370 kg) and can withstand a dynamic load of 6,000 kg and static of 9000 kg. The mechanical dock leveler can be lifted manually by one person, while the lip opens automatically. Then the platform is lowered until it reaches the truck floor. After completion of works, the lip is lowered, the leveler is lifted and returns to its original position.

INFLATABLE DOCK SHELTERS

Inflatable dock shelters of DSHINF series, are installed in places where it is required a maximum effective sealing and thermal insulation of the premises (for example, at warehouses with controlled temperature). During loading and unloading operations the vehicle is not pressed against the dock, as other analogs. The inflatable cushion wrap the vehicle body from all sides and ensures a better sealing. The air bags are made of wear resistant material “Cordura” which is high tear resistant. During loading/unloading works the vehicle body partially enters into the dock shelter. The top and side airbags are inflated, providing high tightness between the vehicle body and the premises. Upon completion of works, the cushions deflate. Inflatable dock shelters can be operated from a control panel (by using a special control unit). When using this type of dock shelters, on the platform, in front of the dock must be installed wheels guide or metal bumpers. Installation is done using the overlaid method of installation.

DOCK SHELTERS WITH COLLAPSIBLE STRUCTURE

Dock Shelter with collapsible aluminum frame of D.SH-RT series, is a classic option for use in areas with average traffic intensity. PVC material of which the front sheets are made, possesses elasticity, is wear resistant and high tear resistant. During the loading and unloading operations, the top and vertical side sheets fit the vehicle body providing the necessary tightness. In case of incorrect vehicle parking to the dock, the front frame folds, thanks to the struts and after the work is complete, returns automatically to its original position. The dock is installed using the overlaid method of installation.

DOCK SHELTER WITH NON-COLLAPSIBLE STRUCTURE

Dock Shleters with non-collapsible structure of D.SH-RDseries, are designed for large cargo flow. The frame is made of sandwich panels wich are reinforced with aluminum profiles. The front clamping bar is made of powder-painted aluminum profiles. The front sheet material is sufficiently flexible and has a high wear and tear resistance. During the loading and unloading operations, the vehicle body partially enters into the dock shelter. The top and vertical side sheets wrap around the body, providing a seal between the vehicle and the warehouse. With this kind of dock shelters the installation of the guide wheel or metal bumpers is needed. Installation of dock shelter is made using the overhlaid method of installation.
